INTRODUCTION
Private Jet Charter is one of the world’s leading private jet brokers in the world. Based in the UK, they have offices all over the world – in Russia, USA, France, Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, Spain, Kazakhstan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
Most of their clientele are from the UK and UAE, so when ExtraDigital started working on the project, the main focus was to improve the design and UX of the privatejetcharter.com and privatejetcharter.ae sites.
DESIGN
For the .com we started with a refresh to the homepage. Previously the homepage was lacking CTA’s (call’s to action) and other trust-building aspects like testimonials. The overall feel of the old design didn’t represent the luxurious, high-quality service the Private Jet Charter provides.
In the new redesign, we wanted a sleek looking website that showcased the fantastic jets, destinations, and service of Private Jet Charter. We also wanted to make sure they were getting leads in – so we moved the quote form up so that it appeared on the page without having to scroll and designed a quote box that rotated client testimonials.
Once the homepage redesign was live, we carried out other marketing work and WordPress support. Some of the development/support work included:
PPC & Website Quote Tracking
Creating a custom Google Ads & Quote Submission tracking - if someone clicked on a google ad and then filled out the quote form on the website, this data is sent and added to a Google Doc.
Custom API
We also had to create a way for the quote form to show prices in the correct currency depending on where the user was browsing from. We enabled it to show in either USD, EURO, and GBP.
WORDPRESS MULTISITE
To provide a better service to their customers in different parts of the world, they wanted a website that was localised to the browser. As their .com and .ae sites were already on WordPress – we recommended creating the other language sites with WordPress Multisite. WordPress multisite allowed us to keep the same branding across websites, and the new language sites would still have the domain authority from the root domain privatejetcharter.
In addition to the sites above, we also designed & developed language sites in the following languages:
- German
- Italian
- Spanish
- French
