Work on accounts where the results actually matter

ExtraDigital is a marketing and web development agency in Kent, working with clients across the UK and in more than 20 countries. We are always interested in people who want to go deep in a discipline rather than skim across all of them.

Why work here

The client list is varied – B2B, ecommerce, technical sectors, UK and international – which means the work rarely repeats. Campaigns run in several languages, and projects often involve marketers, designers and developers sitting on the same account rather than passing it between departments.

We put real time into training. Weekly department sessions are used to learn new techniques, test tools and review each other's campaigns and projects, and the in-house training scheme runs alongside that.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working, with an office at Discovery Park in Sandwich, Kent
  • 30 days holiday per year
  • On-site gym membership
  • Private healthcare and dental cover with AXA
  • Quarterly team socials
  • Employee rewards and benefits scheme through Perkbox
  • Weekly department training sessions
  • In-house training scheme for every discipline

Frequently asked questions

What sort of roles do you recruit for?

Across paid media, SEO, content, design, development, analytics and account management. Vacancies vary, so it is worth getting in touch even when nothing specific is advertised.

Is the role office based?

Hybrid. The team works from the Discovery Park office in Sandwich and from home, with the balance depending on the role and the projects in progress.

Do I need agency experience?

It helps, but it is not essential for every role. We run weekly department training and an in-house training scheme, and we would rather bring on someone capable than wait for a perfect CV.

How do I apply?

Use the application form on this page: attach your CV, add a portfolio link for design or development roles and tell us which discipline interests you.
