INTRODUCTION

SCCG, The Supply Chain Consulting Group is one of the leading Supply Chain and Logistics Consultancies operating in the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the USA since 2004. Based in the UK, SCCG has been supporting clients with UK logistics network and supply chain solutions for the major players in grocery and non-grocery FMCG Retail and manufacturing. Some of their well-known clients include Virgin Media, Sainsbury's, Aldi, and National Trust.

THE PROJECT

In 2018, two companies, Go Supply Chain and Gideon Hillman Consulting merged to create The Supply Chain Consulting Group (SCCG).  ExtraDigital worked on the new website, ensuring that they were aligned with SCCG's single brand strategy. This involved migration of all their contents from the two former websites into one. During this process, ExtraDigital had to create a well-formed strategy to ensure that the site migration was SEO friendly.

In addition to this, SCCG required an easy to navigate site for their customers where they were able to easily find information out about the company and the services they offered. It was also crucial for SCCG to have a website that displayed their many years of experience to build trust. We met this need by creating a portfolio of their past work, using promotional videos across the site, displaying countries they worked in, and information about their previous clients to ensure that they maintained their image as an experienced and reliable company.
