INTRODUCTION

First Databank is a leading provider of drug knowledge helping healthcare professionals make accurate decisions when prescribing medication. They approached us earlier this year to build an Arabic website following the same style and content as their current site but with a local language. 

Using the same design as their current site, we built the Arabic version on WordPress working closely with the client to determine exactly what was and was not required to be copied over.

Provided by the client, the translated Arabic content was populated onto the site to support right to left reading but ensured that the dashboard environment was in English and easy to use and manage.

Working within healthcare, they wanted to ensure the safety of all user’s data. On top of the standard security precautions, we include for each newly built site, we ensured all CTAs had links to email readily available within the design. Doing so allowed users to avoid filling in forms and other information capturing tools that may put data at risk.
