Support Plans
Our website support plans provide ongoing maintenance to keep your site secure, up to date, and running reliably. Each plan is designed to match different business needs, with clear service levels and predictable support.
Our plans are suitable for most websites, from small brochure sites to large corporate and eCommerce platforms. Regular updates, allocated support time, and clear reporting provide reassurance that your website is being actively maintained.


How it Works
Once you are on a website support plan, getting help is straightforward. If an issue arises, you can contact us by phone, email, or by raising a support ticket. Our UK-based support team will investigate the issue, implement a fix, and confirm once the work is complete.
Support time is tracked accurately, and you are only charged for the time spent resolving each task. Any remaining support time stays available for other updates or requests during the same month.
Optional Extras
Would you like more time, but don’t require the SLA the larger plans offer?
Simply add some credits to your plan. Each credit represents 30mins and is used per-minute in the same way our support time is. Don’t forget to enquire about our credits system.

Ad-Hoc Support
If an ongoing support plan is not the right fit, we also offer ad-hoc website support for smaller websites or one-off requirements. This option is suitable if you need occasional help without committing to a monthly plan.
How ad-hoc support works

Purchase a block of support hours in advance. Larger blocks offer better hourly rates.

When you submit a support request by phone, email, or support ticket, we provide an estimate of the time required.

Once the work is completed, the time used is deducted from your remaining balance.

Support time is charged in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time actually used.

All work is logged, giving you clear visibility of what has been used and what remains.
If your hours are used up, you can top up at any time or move to a support plan if ongoing support would offer better value.
Ad-hoc support gives you access to our in-house team when you need it, without a long-term commitment.
Bespoke Website Support
Our bespoke website support is designed for larger websites with complex technical, security, or operational requirements.
Maintaining a high-traffic or business-critical website requires a tailored approach. We work with you to understand your systems, priorities, and risk profile, then create a support and maintenance plan that matches your needs.
This includes agreed service levels, clear response times, and a support structure aligned with your business requirements.
