HelpSystems, LLC is an Eden Prairie, MN-based IT software company, working in the areas of systems and network management, business intelligence, security and compliance, for IBM i, Unix, Linux and Windows environments. The company is recognized as the biggest independent IBM i software vendor in the world.
In the 4th quarter of 2017 HelpSystems approached ExtraDigital to audit and manage their Google Ads accounts for five of their key brands Automate, Skybot (Automate Schedule), Powertech, Intermapper and GoAnywhere. Each brand had its own team and ExtraDigital would work closely with each team to agree a focused marketing strategy for effective lead generation.
Each account was carefully audited including not only accessing the condition and performance of the existing accounts, but also benchmarking performance against key competitors. The audit produced a clear set of agreed action points to kick off the PPC management.
