INTRODUCTION

The International Prize for Arabic Fiction (IPAF) is the most prestigious and important literary prize in the Arab world. Its aim is to reward excellence in contemporary Arabic creative writing and to encourage the readership of high-quality Arabic literature internationally through the translation and publication of winning and shortlisted novels in other major languages.

DESIGN

The International Prize for Arabic Fiction approached us with the vision to reinvent the look of their website. We designed the website to match the cultures it was targeting to ensure it had all the necessary elements such as right to left viewing, background imagery and banner images. The website was to be designed in Arabic and English. The design was created in a manner to ensure a smooth transition from one language to another. This had to be done both on the backend and front end to ensure a great user experience for both Arabic and English Users.
